While working in the Veson IMOS Platform (VIP), you can access help content in the following ways.
At the bottom left corner of the quick links menu, select the question mark icon to open Veson Nautical help widget:
You can search for and read help articles directly within VIP.
If you need further Product support, you can then submit a ticket to Veson Nautical.
To see a definition for a field, hover over it. The definition appears.
Periodically, Veson Nautical will publish announcements in VIP. After reading an announcement, click Close to hide it.
You can search the Knowledge Base and submit support tickets via the Veson Nautical Help Center.
