VMS - Voyage Page Bunkers vs. Leg Bunkers (Not Actualized)

When I look at my voyage page, the bunkers do not match when I open up the leg? What is the reason for this?

The Voyage page shows the departure estimated ROBs as a way to indicate the expected bunker situation after the port call. The operators will use this to see if they need to schedule a stem.

Locking (actualizing) a leg is a way to indicate to the system the leg details are actual and the information is what is should be (no longer estimated).

Either through applying the arrival/departure vessel messages or through manual input, the user has entered the actual ROBs BEFORE they lock the leg.
