Q88 Dry/Q88 Dry Onboard - How to Send Bulk Offline Questionnaires

If you need to request from more than one vessel to complete a particular questionnaire, you can use the option Bulk Offline Questionnaires:

Navigate to Questionnaires → Bulk Offline Questionnaires:

  1. Select the type of Questionnaire and Fleet to narrow down the search. Alternatively, you can select the specific questionnaire either by expanding the dropdown or by typing the name in the relevant text box.

  1. Then, select the specific vessel you want to send the request to, and the system will automatically enter the vessel's email address.

    1. Note: The Email Address field can be amended by clicking on it.

If you need to edit the body text of the email template and the offline forms, click Edit Template and make your changes accordingly.
