How to Exclude Specific Senders from Cargo Lists

You can exclude specific senders from your cargo lists by using the negative filter feature.


To exclude a sender from your cargo list:

  1. Navigate to your cargo list or orders tab.

  2. Click on the image-20260407-025905.png funnel icon to open the filters.

  3. Locate the Sender or From filter field.

  4. Enter the sender's name or email address you want to exclude.

  5. After the sender appears as a filter tag, click on it.

  6. The filter tag will be highlighted in red, indicating exclusion.

  7. Results will now exclude emails from that sender.
