  3. Try broadening your region filter to include parent zones (e.g., if searching for a specific port area, try selecting the larger regional zone it belongs to).

  4. Clear all region filters temporarily to see if the vessel appears, then reapply filters one by one.

  5. Verify the vessel's loading or discharge ports are correctly classified in the system.
