IMOS - Partner Integrations

IMOS integrates with a broad ecosystem of industry partners, enabling you to connect your core maritime operations workflows with best-in-class specialized solutions. Integrations are organized below by type.

Voyage Optimization

Voyage optimization integrations allow IMOS to share voyage itineraries and activity data with partner platforms, enabling those platforms to deliver more accurate performance analysis, routing recommendations, and fuel-efficiency insights.

Bearing.ai

The Bearing.ai integration transmits Voyage Itinerary and Activity Report data from IMOS to Bearing's optimization engine, enabling the platform to perform more accurate voyage optimization calculations for improved fleet performance.

BunkerMetric (StormGeo)

IMOS sends Voyage Itinerary and Activity Report data to BunkerMetric, allowing its algorithm to deliver more accurate and efficient bunker procurement recommendations.

COACH Solutions

The COACH integration connects IMOS voyage data with COACH's Optimized Vessel Performance and Weather Routing solution. By sharing relevant fleet and vessel data from IMOS with COACH, you can leverage COACH's capabilities to make better-informed decisions that improve time charter equivalent rates (TCEs) and reduce CO₂ emissions. IMOS shares voyage itinerary and activity report data with COACH on a scheduled basis via the Veslink API and the Focus framework.

Nautilus Labs (Danelec)

The Nautilus Labs integration enables IMOS to send Voyage Itinerary and Activity Report data to Nautilus Labs' optimization platform, supporting more accurate voyage optimization calculations. Nautilus Labs is now part of Danelec.

ZeroNorth

IMOS sends Voyage Itinerary and Noon Report data to ZeroNorth's platform, enabling its algorithm to perform more accurate voyage optimization calculations. The integration uses the Veslink API and the Focus framework to deliver scheduled data feeds.

Port Disbursement Agent (PDA)

Port Disbursement Agent integrations streamline the port cost management workflow by enabling you to nominate port agents, share port call information, and automatically import Proforma and Final Disbursement Accounts (PDA/FDA) directly into your voyage records.

DA-Desk (Marcura)

DA-Desk is a world-class port cost management platform offering port disbursement accounting and digital transformation services for shipping. The IMOS integration allows you to nominate DA-Desk as a port agent directly within the Voyage Manager. Port call information is shared automatically, DA-Desk performs its agent services, and PDA/FDA/Actual Port Results (APR) are submitted back into IMOS for your review and approval. The Veslink API powers the integration.

Diabos

The Diabos integration enables you to nominate Diabos as a port agent, share port call data, and automatically import Port Disbursement Account data from Diabos into IMOS. PDA/FDA data flows seamlessly into Voyage Manager records via the Veslink API.

GeoServe / GeoConnect

The GeoServe integration allows you to send port call information to GeoServe and import Port Disbursement Account data back into IMOS, supporting an efficient and connected port cost management workflow. The integration uses the Veslink API.

Harbor Lab

The Harbor Lab integration enables you to nominate agents, share port call data, and automatically import PDA and Final Disbursement Account data — including attachments — from Harbor Lab into IMOS. Harbor Lab can submit disbursement data in JSON format, which is mapped and processed within IMOS's messaging infrastructure.

S5

The S5 integration supports the import of Port Disbursement Account data from S5 into IMOS, as well as port agent nomination and DA request workflows directly from IMOS.

Charter Party

Charter Party integrations support the bidirectional exchange of contract data between IMOS and recap management platforms, enabling you to seamlessly synchronize Cargo, Time Charter, Voyage Charter, and Contract of Affreightment (COA) data.

Sea

Sea’s Contract Management is an intuitive cloud-based tool for recap and charter parties that provides a faster, simpler, and more collaborative way to produce contractual shipping documentation. Veson supports Charter Party integrations with the Sea/Contracts platform via the Focus framework. IMOS can currently receive contract data — including Cargo, Time Charter, Voyage Charter, and COA records — from the recap tool.

Emissions & Sustainability

Emissions integrations connect IMOS with platforms that provide verified environmental data, helping you monitor, report, and act on sustainability metrics across your fleet.

DNV Veracity

The DNV Veracity integration automatically adds verified emissions data to voyage records in IMOS. By connecting with DNV's Veracity platform, a leading maritime data ecosystem, you can enrich your voyage reporting with officially verified emissions figures, supporting compliance and sustainability initiatives.

RightShip – Vessel Safety Score & GHG Rating

The RightShip integration gives you the ability to track and report on vessel Safety Scores and GHG Ratings from RightShip's industry-standard assessments. These data points are integrated directly into core chartering workflows, including Market Insights and Action Cargoes, giving you greater confidence when fixing vessels on hire or spot. Safety Scores are rated on a scale of 1–5, and GHG Ratings use an A–G scale to compare a vessel's theoretical CO₂ efficiency against similar peer vessels. You can also leverage the Tasks & Alerts rules engine to configure automated warnings or restrictions based on minimum score thresholds.

FFA & Emissions Trading

EEX Touchpoint

The EEX Touchpoint integration enables FFA (Forward Freight Agreement) and selected emissions trading data to flow directly from trade execution into IMOS Trading & Risk. This allows you to maintain a real-time, accurate view of your trading positions and risk exposure without manual data entry. You must hold an EEX account to use this integration.

Market Data & Benchmarking

Market data integrations bring external pricing, index, and vessel intelligence data directly into IMOS, supporting more informed chartering, trading, and commercial decisions.

Baltic Exchange

The Baltic Exchange integration brings authoritative freight market indices and assessments into IMOS, enabling you to benchmark voyage performance and charter rates against the most widely recognized reference data in the shipping industry.

FactSet

The FactSet integration connects IMOS with FactSet's financial data and analytics platform, enabling you to access market data and pricing information directly within your workflows.

Spire Maritime

The Spire Maritime integration delivers vessel tracking and AIS data into IMOS, giving you real-time visibility into vessel positions and movement to support operational planning and performance monitoring.

Vessel Inspection & Vetting

Idwal

The Idwal integration brings vessel inspection and condition grading data into IMOS, enabling you to make more informed decisions when evaluating vessels for hire or spot fixtures. Idwal's independent assessments provide a standardized view of vessel quality and condition across your fleet or prospective vessels.

Port Data Enhancement

PortLog (Marcura)

The PortLog integration, provided by Marcura, imports port waiting time and port cost data directly into the IMOS estimator workflow. By enriching your estimations with current, real-world port data, you can make more accurate voyage cost projections at the planning stage.

Voyage Data Tracking & Email Management

These integrations connect IMOS voyage and vessel data with email and communications management platforms, enabling smarter routing and organization of your operational correspondence.

Nordic IT

The Nordic IT integration connects IMOS with Nordic IT's maritime email and document management solution, enabling incoming correspondence to be automatically organized by vessel and voyage context. This reduces manual filing and helps ensure that your team has the right information at hand when managing operational communications.

SEDNA

The SEDNA integration sends vessel and voyage identification data tags from IMOS to SEDNA, enabling SEDNA to automatically group and assign emails to the correct recipients via the creation of "Job References." This reduces manual email management and ensures that your incoming correspondence is organized by voyage and vessel context. A Focus-based integration for real-time voyage updates is available, and the original integration replicating voyage and Time Charter updates also remains in place.

reMark

The reMark integration introduces a server-based controller that automates the creation of vessel and voyage folders within reMark, enabling incoming emails to be filed automatically without requiring manual folder setup by an administrator. A Focus-based integration supporting voyage updates is also available.
