To create subfolders in Shipfix, you must have folder creation permissions granted. A Manager or Owner in your organization grants these permissions at the organization level.
To request subfolder creation permissions:

Contact a Manager or Owner in your organization.

Request that they grant you access to Manage Folders.

The Manager or Owner will need to update your permissions through the User Settings interface.
