How to Grant or Restore User Access to Shipfix


If a user needs access to Shipfix, the user needs to be added into the workspace by a manager or an owner.


How to add a user to the workspace:

  1. Navigate to SettingsWorkspaceUsers.

  2. Click Add a user.

  3. Fill in the user’s email.

  4. The user will receive a new invitation email with access instructions.
