A configuration flag has been introduced to allocate freight adjustment commission across all cargoes when no cargo has been assigned to the adjustment in a freight invoice:
Name: CFGProrateFreightAdjCommInCargoItinAllocation
Description = When enabled and when no cargo is assigned to a freight adjustment in a freight invoice, any commission for those adjustments is prorated in the Cargo Itinerary Allocation form across all cargoes in the invoice. When disabled, commission for adjustments is assigned to the first cargo as usual in the allocation form.

A FuelEU Calculator is now available on the Carbon Calculator under a new tab that can be enabled with the configuration flag CFGEnableFuelEU. The FuelEU calculation breaks down Consumption, Energy, GHG Intensities, and Compliance Balance by voyage leg, and displays Voyage Total Energy, Compliance Balance, and Penalty amounts. This feature requires IMOS DB schema version 463 or higher.

Added support for linking a Carbon Allowance Sell trade to one or more matching Buy trades so that the available inventory of specific trades can be updated correctly. This will utilize the existing Allocation tabs in the Carbon Allowance trade, where the user is able to select the buy/sell trade that they want to link to and then choose the quantity that they want to link. As with transfers, the user will not be able to allocate a greater quantity from the buy than is available at that time.

Lastly, linking the sell trade to the buy will update the available quantity of the trade so that it can be correctly linked to other trades / contracts in the system. The exposure for the buy trade will update to reflect the remaining quantity of the trade.
