Q88 - Terminal Vetting

Access Terminal Vetting

  1. In the sidebar menu, Navigate to Tools → Terminal Vetting where we host the Terminal Vetting for Intertanko.

On the Terminal Vetting Reports page, review the informational message.

Request access in the lower left by clicking on the Proceed to Terminal Vetting Database button.

This sends an automatic message to Intertanko Secretariat to request access for your Company. Once this is reviewed and approved, we will be notified to grant your username with TVD Access.

Terminal Vetting Reports

After clicking on the Proceed to Terminal Vetting Database, you will be able to search your reports or all reports basis the port and Terminal.

  • To see a blank copy of the TVR, select Blank TVR from the three-dot menu.

  • To add a report, select the plus icon and complete the report shown.

  • You can search basis any port name and download the results using Search in the three-dot menu.
