This feature requires updating imosmsg to the latest version and updating standard veslink forms with the Update Forms button (in Veslink Classic > Forms & Vessels > Forms).
The tag <APRAdvancePayment> has been added to the xml for "Veson Offline Port Disbursement".
Users can now submit Advance Payments when status is "APR" by adding a value to <APRAdvancePayment>, which translates to "APR Advance Payment" in the form.
This field will only display in the form UI if there is a value assigned to it. When there's no value for <APRAdvancePayment>, the Amount Advanced is equal to APR Total.

Vessel Rating, Environment Rating, and Inspection Date from the latest evaluation on a vessel are now available in Trade Hub. The Rating and Env. Rating fields are available in the Market Insights and Action Cargoes list view. Both rating fields and the Inspection Date are available in the vessel details side panel. The latest vessel evaluation can be seen in the Vettings table of the VIP Vessel form. The CFGVesselRating and CFGEnableVettingWorkflow configuration flags must be enabled to use this feature.

Now when a vessel is selected in the Trade Hub that was last used in the VIP environment on a VC In contract the Last Used Contract will show the ID of the VC In, the Last Used Type will read "VC In" and the Last Used Time will pull from the best available date associated with the VC In (Voyage Completion Date, etaLocal on the VC In Contract or Laycan From date on the contract).

Added two new filters for Position Source and Scrubber Type to the Trade Hub and changed the name on the "Loading Time (Hours)" filter to "Est. Discharge Time (Hours)" to better reflect what the field does. The New Position Source filter will allow the user to filter on or out specific sources of information from their search, specifically AIS, Contract/Operations and Broker Emails. The Scrubber Type filter will allow the user to filter on only those vessels that have specific Scrubber Types. This latter filter requires the CFGEnableScrubberType to be enabled, and will only work for vessels that have this populated in the VIP Vessel Data record.

Added new configuration flag CFGShowRealizedHireRatewhenIndexLinked
When enabled, Index-Linked Time Charter contracts will display a hire cost in the Actual column of the Voyage P&L reflective of the realized pricing periods defined on the contract instead of the Invoice rate and amount. Hire periods in the past will use the average SPOT rates of the pricing period as defined on the contract while forward periods will use the forward rate as defined on the contract. Those hire periods that are currently being realized will use the SPOT prices available for days that have been priced and the period forward rate for the remaining days.
With this flag enabled the "retain" flag on hire will no longer impact the Voyage P&L if it is selected. The invoice will still retain the rate but the voyage P&L will reflect the calculated market rate.
