When running the Monthly Accruals Summary, some of the accrual calculations can turn red in error. When this happens it typically means that there is a missing business rule or an invariance.
Errors in Calculator Screen
To see more details concerning the missing business rules, right click the accrual line item and select Preview Journal.
Errors in P&L View
If there are errors in the monthly accrual, such as a missing business rule, you will need to fix it in order to post the accrual. If it is not clear if a business rule is missing on the P&L page, you can check the Accounts tab.
