When does the system gives warning that no consumption line matches the vessel

It has been noticed that sometimes, system gives a warning message when the speed lines are changed in the “Speed Consumption Table” in Vessel’s details, but there are also instances where the system doesn’t notify the users at all.

This is happening due to the “Ownership” defined on each vessel.
The warning message is triggered only for OV and TC Ownership, for which bunker consumption matters.
On the below example, the vessel is defined as TC and thus, when changes are made in speeds on “Speed Consumption Table”, then the below warning arises.

Now if the vessel is has “Ownership” other than OV and TC, then changes on speeds in “Speed Consumption Table” will not trigger the warning message.
