How to Find Junk Emails in Shipfix

Junk emails remain only in your email client, such as Outlook or Gmail, and does not synchronize with Shipfix.


To check for your junk emails:

Check your junk folder directly in Outlook or Gmail as it will not appear in Shipfix.


If an email was incorrectly marked as junk:

Move the email from your junk folder to your inbox in Outlook or Gmail. Once it is moved to the inbox, it will synchronize with Shipfix.
