Shipfix keyboard shortcuts do not support Shift + Arrow keys for text selection. This is a known limitation.
Available text formatting shortcuts in the composer:

Bold: CTRL+B (Windows) or CMD+B (Mac).

Italic: CTRL+I (Windows) or CMD+I (Mac).

Underline: CTRL+U (Windows) or CMD+U (Mac).

Strikethrough: CTRL+Shift+X (Windows) or CMD+Shift+X (Mac).
Workaround for text selection:
Use your mouse or trackpad to click and drag to select text in the email composer.
