Cannot submit forms against vessel voyage n because it has been closed

Cannot submit form before departure from PORT.

Submit the Departure Notice for leg 1 before submitting a form for leg 2.

Vessel has already departed the port. Cannot submit an arrival notice now.

Vessel has already arrived at the next port. Cannot submit a departure notice now.

Cannot submit an in-port form against a commencing port.

Logically incorrect for an itinerary

Arrival date of DATE is before departure date of DATE from previous port.

Submit the Departure Notice for the previous port before the Arrival Notice for the next port.

Form date of DATE does not fall between port stay dates of DATE to DATE

When submitting an in-port form against an already-departed port

Correct the form date.

Form date of DATE is before arrival date of DATE at current port.

For an undeparted port

Submit the Arrival Notice before submitting the in-port form (Noon, SOF, Cargo Handling).

Cannot submit a form for the sea passage of the last leg of the voyage.

Create a commencing port for a new voyage, at the same port as the last port with an ETD before the form’s date. Then resubmit.

Form date of DATE does not fall between sea passage dates of DATE to DATE.

For an at-sea form

Check that the form date is as intended and between the last port ETD and next port ETA as currently shown in the Voyage Manager for the voyage. Can change ETA, via the upcoming port, in a form dated before the form in question.

Form date of DATE does not come after departure date of DATE.

Same as the above, but for the last leg of a voyage

Check that the form date is as intended and after the departure date.

Form date of DATE does not fall between the voyage leg dates of DATE to DATE.

For a form that can be either in-port or at-sea. Attempting to submit a form with a date outside of the ETA to ETD for a specified port call.

Check/correct the form date to match the allowed range for port call.

Form date of DATE comes before the port call arrival date of DATE.

Same as the above, but for the first leg of a voyage

Check/correct the form date to be before the arrival date.

Form date of DATE falls before DATE, the start date of voyage DATE.

For forms that can span port calls, such as the Delay form

Check the port call dates in the itinerary.
