Resolution

No berth named BERTH exists at port PORT.

Only enabled if configuration flag CFGAllowActivitiesBeforePS for port-activity berth input is enabled. By default, there is not a berth column for port activities.

In the Voyage Manager for the specified voyage and port call, make sure the port has the required berth defined.

Could not find a record of cargo for this port call


If there are no voyage cargoes associated with this voyage (could happen from a TCO voyage) checks if a single port cargo matches on cargo type/function on this voyage leg, and this error results if not found

Multiple cargoes of cargo for this port call. The specific cargo must be chosen manually.


Select a specific Cargo and resubmit.

PS activity cannot occur prior to PE activity

The Port Start activity cannot occur before the Port End activity.

Correct the order of Port Activities.

Cannot enter a PE activity until a departure notice has been entered.

The SOF form cannot create a PE activity because it would not also create the D report.

Enter a Departure Notice before submitting the SOF.

Activity NOR TENDERED before Port Start (PS) time

 

The PS activity must be the first activity (may be overridden by configuration flag CFGAllowActivitiesBeforePS).

Correct the order of Port Activities.

Activity NOR TENDERED before Port End (PE) time

 

The PE activity must be the last activity (may be overridden by configuration flag CFGAllowActivitiesBeforePS).

Correct the order of Port Activities.

ERROR: no port activity with id N

 

The Port Activity referenced on the vessel has since been deleted.

Add the Port Activity in the Data Center.

ERROR: no port activity with id N or code NORT.

 

Same as the above error, but can be fixed by re-adding the port activity with the same code in the Data Center.

Add the Port Activity in the Data Center.

Number of {OS, IS, DS} activities exceeds number of {OE, IE, DE} activities.


Make sure the beginning and end activities that should occur in matching pairs actually are.

End of port activity date is earlier than start port activity date

The Port Start activity cannot occur before the Port End activity.

Ensure all the port activity dates are within the window for the port in the correct order.
